After transaction, you will receive an invoice from paypal.
We will proceed with shipping once we received the payment from buyers.

For international shoppers, please note that the actual price charged will be subjected to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.
For payment via Internet Banking or Bank Transfer (via ATM) only.

Due to limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us.

Refund Policy:
All goods sold are non-refundable. A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
Once an order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange is allowed for defective or incorrect item
Hanasecret will not be responsible for any damage caused from your daily washing methods
Exchange for defective or incorrect item is only allowed within 7 days from date of purchase
Exchange is only allowed once

All merchandise bought online at Hanasecret can only be exchanged via mail to our office.

Exchanging process might take up to 14 days,hence we need your full cooperation with us to facilitate.
1. Please email us at admin@hanasecret.com immediately once you wished to do an exchange.
2. The returned goods are at buyer's responsibility until they reached our office. We will only reimburse delivery charges for incorrect item sent and faulty garment.
3.It may take up to 4 working days for us to receive your return.In all cases, the returned item must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
4. Upon confirmation, we will send buyers an email for selecting their exchange item. (We will advise buyer to opt for item of the same price range as we do not refund the balance of a lower price item. On top of that, buyers will have to top-up extra charges for opting a higher price range item.)
5. We will then dispatch buyer's exchanged item. ( We will pay extra attention upon inspecting an exchanged item)
PS: Please note that exchange is only allowed once.
